I *heart* Google too! After Flip threw up on the carpet today, a combo of water, white vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, laundry detergent and baking soda did an amazing job getting the stain out!
Thanks so much for this post. A few days after reading this, Rylee got silly putty all over her black skirt. I didn't know what to do, until I remembered that you had googled slime. I googled silly putty and found the answer to my problem. Her little skirt is completely silly putty free! Yay! Thank you!! :)
FYI-Hand sanitizer takes silly putty out of fabrics, carpet and upholstery. (And it didn't discolor her skirt!)

P.S. Perhaps next time more attention should be given to the slime container - it clearly tried to caution you! ;>
